日南フェニックスロード

宮崎市街から国道220号と国道448号を経て、宮崎県最南端の都井岬へと至る全長約85kmのシーサイドの道。青島や堀切峠、鵜戸神宮や油津といった日南海岸の観光名所のほとんどがこのルート沿いにあり、南九州を代表する観光ルートになっている。

Nichinan Phoenix Road

A seaside road with a total length of about 85km from Miyazaki city to Cape Toi, the southernmost point of Miyazaki prefecture, via national highway 220 and national highway 448. Most of the tourist attractions on the Nichinan coast such as Qingdao, Horikiri Pass, Udo Shrine and Aburatsu are located along this route, making it a representative tourist route in Southern Kyushu.

猪八重渓谷

飫肥城下町

石垣や武家屋敷など、風情ある街並みが残されている飫肥の城下町。かつて伊東氏5万1干石の城下町として栄えたその情緒ある景色は「九州の小京都」とも呼ばれ、愛されています。1977年には重要伝統的建造物群保存地区に選定されています。
